Article 25 Parties to social partnerships
The parties to the social partnership are employees and employers, in the form of authorized representatives. The Committee notes with concern that the State party has not taken any measures to ensure that the State party’s legislation on the protection of women’s rights is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Covenant, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Covenant.
