Article 293. Seasonal work
Seasonal work is recognized as work that, due to climatic and other environmental conditions, is performed over a certain period (season) not usually exceeding six months. Work, including individual seasonal work, which is possible over a period (season) of more than six months, and maximum duration of specified individual seasonal work are subject to sectoral (intersectoral) agreements concluded at the federal level of social partnership.
