Article 354. Federal Labour Inspectorate

Federal Labour Inspectorate — a single centralized system consisting of a federal executive body authorized to carry out federal State control (oversight) The second part of the report is no longer in force in the light of compliance with labour legislation and other normative instruments containing labour law and its territorial bodies (State labour inspectorates).
