Article 363. Responsibility for obstructing the activities of State labour inspectors
Persons who impede the implementation of federal State control (oversight) over compliance with labour laws and other regulatory acts containing labour law provisions are not subject to the provisions of the Act. The full application of the regulations against State labour inspectors, members of their families and their property, applying threats of violence or acts of violence against them, shall be liable, as established by federal law.
