Article 400: Review of the claims of workers, trade unions and their associations
The employer is obliged to accept the employee ' s requests. An employer’s association, and an employer’s association, shall be in writing within two working days from the date of receipt of the said requirements. The employers ' representatives, defined under article 34 of the present Code, are required to accept the claims of trade unions (their associations) submitted to them and to inform them of their claims. In writing to the trade unions (their associations) of the decision taken within three weeks from the date of receipt of the said claims.
