Article 408. Agreements reached during the settlement of a collective labour dispute
Agreements reached by the parties to the collective labour dispute during the settlement of the dispute, including the agreement on the settlement of the collective labour dispute, shall be in writing and shall be settled in writing. They are binding on the parties to a collective labour dispute and are monitored by the parties to the collective labour dispute.
