Article 424. Application of this Code to legal relations arising before and after its entry into force
This Code shall apply to legal relations arising after its entry into force; if legal relations have arisen, they shall apply to those rights and shall be bound by them. The President of the Russian Federation, V. Vaudin Moscow, Kremlin, 30 December 2001 N 197-FZ
