Article 63.1. Punishment in case of violation of a pre-trial cooperation agreement

In the event that it is established that the person who entered into the pre-trial cooperation agreement has been provided with false information or has been kept hidden from the investigator or the prosecutor, any other material shrugs of the commission of an offence, the court shall impose on him a penalty in general order, without the application of the provisions of the second, third and fourth parts of article 62 of the present Code concerning the period and the amount of the punishment.
