Article 80.2. Exemption from punishment in connection with military service during mobilization, in time of martial law or in time of war

1. Anyone serving a sentence for an offence other than offences for which the exception is provided for in article 78.1, paragraph 1, of the present Code, who is called upon to perform military service in p.a.
