Article 93: Conditional release from sentence

1. Pre-trial release may be granted to a person who has committed an offence as a minor who has been sentenced to deprivation of liberty after having actually served his sentence. :: (a) At least one third of the sentence imposed by the court for a minor or moderate offence or for a serious offence; (b) at least two thirds of the sentence imposed by the court 2. Pre-trial release may be granted to a pregnant woman or a woman with a child under the age of 18. 4 years in the home of a child in a correctional institution who has committed a crime at the age of minor, after having actually served at least one quarter of the sentence, I’m a court-martial for a minor offence.
