Article 114: Causing serious or moderate harm to health if the limits of the necessary defence are exceeded or if the measures necessary to apprehend the perpetrator of the offence are exceeded
1. Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, committed if the limits of the necessary defence are exceeded, shall be punishable by punitive deduction of earnings for a period of up to one year or restriction of liberty for a period of up to one year. 2. Intentional infliction of serious or moderate harm to health, committed in the event of torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment exceeding the measures necessary to detain the perpetrator is punishable by punitive deduction of earnings for up to two years, or restriction of liberty for up to two years, or compulsory labour. Work for up to two years or imprisonment for the same period.
