Article 124.1. Obstruction of medical care

1. Obstruction of any form of lawful medical care work by a medical officer if it has caused serious harm to the health of the pats by negligence — shall be punished by a fine of up to 80,000 roubles or by a fine of up to six months ' salary or other income, or by a restriction of liberty of up to three years. 2. The same act, if caused by negligence to die, is punishable by up to six months ' imprisonment or up to two years ' imprisonment. — shall be punished by a restriction of liberty of up to four years, or by forced labour of up to four years, or by deprivation of liberty of up to four years.
