Article 128: Illicit admission to a medical organization providing psychiatric care in inpatient conditions

1. Unlawful admission of a person to a medical organization providing psychiatric care in in-patient conditions is punishable by a restriction of liberty for up to three years or by coercive measures. 2. The same act, if committed by a person using his or her official position or caused death by negligence, shall be carried out for a period of up to three years or by imprisonment for the same period. — punishable by forced labour for up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 3 years or without, or deprivation of liberty for up to 7 years, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 3 years.
