Article 191.1 Acquisition, storage, transport, processing for the purpose of marketing or marketing of known illegally harvested wood

The acquisition, storage, transport, processing for the purpose of marketing or marketing of known illegally harvested wood, committed in a large amount, shall be punishable by a fine of up to 300 thousand rw. or in the amount of the convicted person ' s salary or other income for a period of up to two years, or compulsory work for up to three hundred and sixty hours, or punitive labour for up to two years 2. The same acts committed by a group of persons by prior agreement shall be punishable by a fine of up to two years ' imprisonment or by imprisonment for the same period.
