Article 212.1. Repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, meeting, demonstration, march or picket

Violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, meeting, demonstration, march or picketing, if committed repeatedly, shall be punishable by a fine equal to the amount of the neck a stitch of thousands to one million rubles, or in the amount of wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of two to three years, or in compulsory work for up to four hundred and eighty hours; Either by corrective labour for a period of one to two years, or by forced labour for a period of up to five years, or by deprivation of liberty for the same period. The organization or holding of a meeting, meeting, demonstration, march or picket performed by a person on several occasions shall be deemed to be in breach of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting. I, a meeting, demonstration, march or picket if the person was previously charged with administrative responsibility for the administrative offences provided for in article 20.2 of the Code Exex of the Russian Federation on administrative offences, more than twice within one hundred and eighty days.
