Article 220: Illegal handling of nuclear materials or radioactive substances

1. Illegal acquisition, possession, use, transfer or destruction of nuclear materials or radioactive substances — punishable by restriction of liberty for up to two years or by coercive measures 2. The same acts which caused the death of a person by negligence or other serious consequences 3. The acts referred to in the first part of this article, which caused the death of two or more persons by negligence, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty in the first part of the present article. For a period of up to seven years.
