Article 250: Water pollution

Pollution, clogging, depletion of surface or groundwater, sources of drinking water or any other change in their natural properties, if these acts have caused substantial damage to animal or plant life, fish stocks, forestry or agriculture — punishable by a fine of up to 80,000 roubles or by a salary or other income of the wasps for up to six months, or deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to five years, or compulsory work for up to 300 S 2. The acts referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article, which give rise to non-compliance, shall be punishable by up to two years ' forced labour for a period of up to two years, or by imprisonment for the same period. The death of a person is punishable by forced labour for a period of up to five years or by deprivation of liberty for the same period.
