Article 287. Refusal to provide information to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation or the Court of Accounts of the Russian Federation

1. Irregular refusal or evasion of the provision of information (documents, materials) as well as the provision of known incomplete or false information to the Federal Council the Assembly of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation or the Court of Accounts of the Russian Federation, if these acts are committed by an official responsible for the frontline — shall be punished by a fine of up to 200,000 rubles or by a salary or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to eighteen months, or by deprivation of the right for to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of two to five years, or to perform forced labour for a period of up to three years, or to be arrested for a period of up to six months or less 2.
