Article 321.1 Transfer of mobile and other means of communication to a person held in a place of deprivation of liberty or place of detention by a person subject to administrative punishment or with a criminal record

Transfer, by any means, of mobile and other means of communication and (or) parts of their work to a person held in a place of deprivation of liberty or place of detention the acquisition, possession or use of which the said person is prohibited by law, committed by a person subject to administrative punishment for an act provided for in article 19.12, paragraph 2 The Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, or having a criminal record for an offence under this article, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding 100,000. Up to three hundred thousand rubles or the amount of the convicted person ' s salary or other income for a period of one to two years, or by forced labour for a period of up to two years, or by imprisonment for that period the same period of time.
