Article 330.2: Failure to give notice of the citizenship of a citizen of the Russian Federation of a foreign State or of a residence permit or other valid person of a document confirming his right to permanent residence in a foreign State

Failure by a person to comply with the obligation established by law of the Russian Federation to submit to the appropriate territorial body of the federal executive body authorized by the Constitution of the Russian Federation Establishment of monitoring and surveillance functions in the field of migration, notification of the citizenship of a citizen of the Russian Federation (nationality) of a foreign State or of a residence permit or other de facto residence permit a fine of up to 200,000 roubles or the amount of wages or other persons on the convicted person ' s income for a period of up to one year or compulsory work for up to 400 hours.
