Article 333. Resistance to or coercion of a superior to violate the duty of military service

1. Resistance to, or coercion of, a superior or other person performing military service assigned to him or her to violate those duties, involving violence or threat thereof — shall be punished by restriction of military service for a period of up to two years, or by detention in a disciplinary military unit for a period of up to two years, or by deprivation of liberty for a term of up to five years. (e) Acts committed by: (a) a group of persons, a group of persons by prior conspiracy or an organized group; (b) with the use of weapons; (c) with serious or moderate harm to health; or 3. The acts referred to in the first term of the present article committed during the period of mobilization or during the period of military service shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding eight years. In times of war or in situations of armed conflict or hostilities, the penalty shall be 5 to 15 years ' imprisonment.
