Article 336: Insulting a member of the armed forces

1. Insulting one soldier of another during or in connection with the performance of military service shall be punishable by restriction of military service for a period of up to six months or maintenance. 2. Insulting a subordinate superior or the subordinate ' s superior during or in connection with the performance of military service — shall be punished by restriction in military service for a period of up to one year or by detention in a disciplinary military unit for the same period.
