Article 342. Violations of the statutory rules of guard service
1. Violation of the statutory rules of guard service by a person who is part of the guard(s) if the act has caused damage to protected guard(s) is punishable by og by indeterminate military service for up to two years, or arrest for up to six months, or detention in a disciplinary military unit for up to two years, or deprivation of liberty for up to two years 2. The same act with serious consequences is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding seven years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities in the field of human rights. 3. Violation of the statutory rules of guard service due to negligence or bad faith resulting in serious consequences is punishable by deprivation of liberty n a period of up to five years, with or without suspension of the right to hold certain posts or engage in certain activities for up to three years. in time of mobilization or martial law, in time of war, or in the context of armed conflict or the conduct of hostilities, shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year. 5. The act provided for in part three of the present report is punishable by five to ten years ' deprivation of the right to hold certain posts or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years. Articles committed during the period of mobilization or martial law, in wartime or in the context of armed conflict or the conduct of hostilities shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to eight years.
