Article 343. Violations of the rules of service for the protection of public order and public safety

1. Violation of the rules of service of a member of a military order for the protection of public order and public safety, if the act has caused harm to rights and legal rights — shall be punished by a restriction in military service for a period of up to two years, or by arrest for a period of up to six months, or by detention in a disciplinary military unit for a period of up to two years, or 2. The same act with serious consequences is punishable by up to five years ' imprisonment.
