Article 351. Violations of or preparations for flight regulations

Violation of flight rules or preparation for them or other rules for the operation of military aircraft, resulting in man ' s death by negligence or other serious consequences, shall be punished. The Committee is of the view that the State party should ensure that the complainant is not subjected to torture or ill-treatment for a period of up to seven years.
