Article 356.1. Maraudery
1. Maraudery, i.e. committed for a profit in time of martial law, in time of war, or in situations of armed conflict or hostilities, and not related to forced non-compliance :: Irregular seizure and (or) use in favour of the perpetrator or other persons of other persons ' property (including property in the case of persons killed or injured) 2. Marody committed with violence not endangering life or health or with the threat of such violence — 3. Maraudery committed by: (a) a group of persons by prior conspiracy; (b) a large sum; (c) violence dangerous to life; or 4. Maraudery: (a) committed by an organized group; (b) committed in a special case On a large scale; (c) connected with a threat to kill or cause serious harm to the victim ' s health, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of between eight and fifteen years. This item recognizes the value of property exceeding 200,000 roubles and the value of one million roubles, which is particularly large.
