Article 360: Assault on persons or institutions enjoying international protection or threat of its commission

1. Assault by a representative of a foreign State or a member of an international organization enjoying international protection against offices or accommodations or vehicles of persons, 2. The same act committed for the purpose of provoking war or complicating it shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of between seven and twelve years. The penalty shall be 12 to 20 years ' imprisonment.
