Article 2.7: Extreme necessity
It is not an administrative offence to harm a person ' s legally protected interests in a state of extreme necessity, i.e. to eliminate a danger that directly threatens the individual and the rights of the person or other persons and the interests of society or the State protected by law, if this danger could not be remedied by other means and if the harm caused is less than is significant than the harm prevented.
