Article 5.53. Unlawful acts to obtain and/or disseminate information that is part of a credit history

Unlawful acts to obtain and/or disseminate information that is part of a credit history, if such acts do not contain a criminal offence, involve the imposition of administrative penalties. Fines for citizens ranging from one thousand to two thousand five hundred roubles; for officials ranging from two thousand five hundred to five thousand roubles or disqualification for up to three years; for legal persons: 30 thousand to 50,000 rubles.
