Article 5.54. Failure to fulfil the obligation to verify and/or correct incorrect information contained in the credit history (credit report)

Unlawful refusal by the Bün In the case of credit stories in correcting incorrect information or failing to fulfil the obligation to correct incorrect information contained in credit history (credit report), it is imposed and an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 5,000 roubles for officials; and between 30,000 and 50,000 roubles for legal entities.
