Article 5.57 Violations of the right to education and of the rights and freedoms of educational organizations provided for in the legislation on education

1. Violation or unlawful restriction of the right to education through violation or restriction of the right to free and accessible education, and unlawful refusal to admit Educational organization or exclusion (exemption) from an educational organization is subject to an administrative fine of between 30,000 and 50,000 for officials. 2. Violation or unlawful restriction of the rights and freedoms of pupils under the law on education The administrative fine of between 10,000 and 30,000 roubles shall be imposed on officials; 3. The commission of an administrative offence under article 1, paragraph 1, by an official who had previously been subjected to an administrative charge Accusatory punishment for a similar administrative offence is subject to disqualification for a period of one to two years.
