Article 5.62. Discrimination

Discrimination, i.e. violation of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and of a citizen, depending on his or her sex, race, colour, nationality, language, origin, property, family, family status, social and official status, age, place of residence, attitude to religion, belief, membership or non-membership of voluntary associations or any social group, He shall impose an administrative fine on citizens of between 1,000 and 3,000 roubles; on legal persons of between 50,000 and 100,000 roubles.
