Article 6.3.1. Violations of Russian Federation legislation in the field of genetic engineering

Violation of Russian Federation legislation in the field of genetic engineering through the use of genetically engineered organisms and (or) products derived from use the use of such organisms or containing such organisms that have not been publicly registered in the event that State registration is provided for by the said legislation, or the period of time of the act the certificate of State registration has expired, or in the use of genetically engineered organisms not in accordance with the purposes for which they are registered, or in relation to the destruction of special conditions for the use of genetically engineered organisms, including in the production of a particular product, shall be subject to an administrative fine. Between 10,000 and 50,000 rubles for legal persons, between 100,000 and 500,000 rubles for legal persons.
