1. Use of the subsoil without a licence for the use of the subsoil, except in the cases provided for in article 15.44, paragraph 7.5, of the present Code, shall be subject to an administrative fine. Between 3,000 and 5,000 rubles; for officials between 30,000 and 50,000 rubles; for legal persons between eight hundred thousand and one million rubles. the conditions of the mining licence and (or) the requirements of an approved technical project and (or) other project documents for the execution of the work, liaison Underground and mining development plans and schemes are subject to an administrative fine of between 2,000 and 3,000 rubles for citizens; Twenty thousand to forty thousand rubles; for legal persons, from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.
