Article 7.5 — Freest extraction of amber, jade or other semi-precious stones

Free extraction of amber, non-free or other semi-precious stones, or transport or storage for the purpose of marketing illegally produced amber, non-free or other semi-precious stones in kind or or the sale of illegally produced amber, non-free or other semi-precious stones in kind or processed form, if such acts do not constitute a criminal offence, is liable to an administrative fine of between 200,000 and 500,000 rubles, with or without confiscation of the means of committing an administrative offence; — between 500,000 and 8,000 rubles with or without confiscation of the means of committing an administrative offence; for legal persons, between 10 million and 60 million.
