Article 7.13: Violations of the requirements of the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage sites (memorials of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation

Actions (inaction) envisaged by the part of this article in respect of certain objects of federal cultural heritage, per which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, especially valuable objects of cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation, and objects of cultural heritage included in the World Wide List on the heritage, either in the territories of the said sites or in their areas of protection, in the territories of sites of attraction, in historical and cultural reserves or in their areas of protection, Administrative fines of between 20,000 and 300,000 roubles for citizens; 50,000 to 500,000 roubles for officials; and one metre for legal persons 3. Actions (inactions) envisaged in part 1 of this article, committed against identified cultural heritage objects or in their territories, An administrative fine of between 15,000 and 100,000 rubles is imposed on citizens; officials of between 20,000 and 300,000 rubles; legal persons of between 100,000 rubles. 4.
