Article 7.35. Infringement of the procedure for negotiating a transaction on the order of State (municipal) property

Violation by a State (municipal) unitary enterprise or a State (municipal) institution of the procedure for negotiating a transaction by order of the State (municipal) (i) property — is subject to an administrative fine of between 1 and 10 per cent of the value of the transaction or to disqualification for a period of between six months and three years; 10 to 20 per cent of the value of the transaction.
