Article 8.12.1 Non-compliance with the conditions for free access of citizens to a public water facility and its coastline

Failure to comply with the conditions for free access of citizens to a public water facility and its coastline is subject to an administrative fine of three thousand citizens. Up to 5,000 roubles; for officials between 40,000 and 50,000 roubles; for persons engaged in business without the establishment of a legal entity, between 40,000 and 50 thousand roubles; and for persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal person, between 40,000 and so on. Ten thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activities for up to ninety days; for legal persons for between 200,000 and 300,000 rubles or administrative suspension Work for up to 90 days.
