Article 8.19: Violations of the regulations governing the dumping of wastes and other materials in inland waters, in the territorial sea, on the continental shelf and (or) in the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation Uh Federation

Self-involved, or in violation of regulations, dumping from ships and other floating equipment, aircraft, artificial islands, waste installations and structures and other materials in inland seawaters in the territorial sea, on the continental shelf and (or) in the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation — is subject to an administrative fine equal to the amount of 15,000 to 20,000 rubles with or without confiscation of the vessel, aircraft and other instruments for the commission of an administrative offence; for legal persons from 200,000 Up to three hundred thousand roubles with or without confiscation of the vessel, aircraft and other instruments for the commission of an administrative offence.
