Article 8.54: Failure to comply with the requirements for the management of animals by owners of animal shelters and for the treatment of animals without owners

1. Failure to comply with the requirements for the management of animals by the owners of animal shelters is punishable by a warning or an administrative fine against officials in p. Non-compliance with requirements for animal management — Owners are liable to a warning or administrative fine of between 3,000 and 5,000 rubles for citizens; officials are liable to between 5,000 and 15,000 rubles; For the purposes of this article, owners of animal shelters are defined as persons designated as such by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
