Article 10.11: Violations of rules and regulations governing tribal livestock

The sale or use for the purpose of reproduction of tribal produce (materials) in violation of the requirements of the legislation on tribal livestock is a warning to the Il. and the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens of between one thousand and one thousand 500 rubles; on officials of between 2,000 and 3,000 rubles; on legal persons of between twenty thousand rubles 2. Violation of the regulations governing the registration of tribal animals and herds is punishable by an administrative fine of between 300 and 500 per cent. For officials, between 500 and 1,000 rubles; for legal persons, between 5,000 and 10,000 rubles.
