Article 11.17: Violations of the rules of conduct of citizens in rail, air or water transport

Failure by persons on board a sea or inland waterway vessel to comply with the lawful orders of the ship ' s captain shall result in administrative imposition 6. Failure by persons on board aircraft to comply with the lawful orders of the commander of the aircraft shall be subject to the imposition of penalties of between 2,000 and 5,000 rubles. An additional fine of between 2,000 and 5,000 rubles or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
