Article 13.5: Violations of the rules for the protection of lines or telecommunications installations

1. Violation of the rules for the protection of lines or communication facilities, if the violation does not cause the interruption of communication, shall entail a warning or an administrative fine of between 100 and so on against citizens. 2. Violation of the rules for the protection of lines or communication facilities, if this is a violation of the law. Called for the termination of communications, punishable by an administrative fine of between 500 and 1,000 roubles for citizens; between 1,000 and 2,000 roubles for officials; and legal entities 3. Violation of the rules for the protection of lines or communication facilities if the violation has caused damage to lines or communication facilities for the needs of the organs of the State. For the purposes of defence, security and law enforcement, there shall be an administrative fine of between one thousand and five hundred and two thousand roubles on citizens; :: Three thousand to four thousand rubles; for legal persons, between 30,000 and 40,000 rubles. The operation of transmission lines, interpretations and channels provided for the use of public authorities, defence, security and law enforcement bodies shall be subject to an administrative fine equal to Two thousand to three thousand rubles.
