Failure to comply with established rules and regulations governing the design, construction and operation of telecommunications networks and facilities shall impose an administrative fine on citizens Five hundred to one thousand roubles; for officials from one thousand to two thousand roubles; for persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal person from one thousand roubles; and for persons engaged in business activities without the establishment of a legal person from one thousand roubles.
