Article 13.50: Failure by the owner of the social network

1. Repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in article 2 of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. — carries an administrative fine of between 100,000 and 200,000 rubles on citizens; five hundred thousand to eight hundred thousand rubles on officials; and one hundred thousand rubles on legal entities. It’s worth up to eight million rubles.
