Article 13.52. Violations of the procedure for the use in the territory of the Russian Federation of software and hardware means of access to information resources, information and telecommunications networks, access to which ROM limited

For civil servants: between fifty thousand and eighty thousand rubles; for officials: between eighty thousand and one hundred fifty thousand rubles; for legal persons: between twenty hundred thousand and fifty thousand rubles; for legal persons: between fifty thousand and fifty thousand rubles. 3. Lack of access by the owner of software and hardware to information resources, restricted information and telecommunications networks The prohibition of access to information resources, information and telecommunications networks, which are restricted in the territory of the Russian Federation, entails the imposition of an admin. :: A legal fine of between 50,000 and 80,000 rubles for citizens; eighty thousand to one hundred and fifty thousand rubles for officials; 200 thousandd for legal persons. 4. The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 1.2 or 3 of this article is punishable by an administrative fine in the amount of one or more of its citizens. 100,000 to 200,000 rubles; for officials, from 200,000 to 300,000 rubles; for legal persons, from eight hundred thousand to one million rubles.
