Article 14.31.2. Manipulation of prices in wholesale and (or) retail electricity markets (power)

1. Manipulating prices in wholesale and (or) retail electricity (power) markets by participants in wholesale and (or) retail electricity (power) markets that do not dominate in the relevant electric power (power) markets is subject to an administrative fine of between 20,000 and 50,000 rubles for officials; 2. The commission of an administrative offence provided for in article 1 by an official previously subjected to administrative jurisdiction The penalty for a similar administrative offence shall be disqualification for a period of one to three years.
