Article 14.37: Violations of requirements for installation and/or operation of advertising design

Installation and (or) operation of advertising design without legal authorization for its installation and operation, as well as installation and (or) operation of advertising design from by failing to comply with the requirements of the technical regulations, except in the cases provided for in article 11.21, paragraph 2, of the present Code, the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of one Thousands to one thousand five hundred rubles; for officials from three thousand to five thousand rubles; for legal persons from five hundred thousand to one million rubles.
