Article 14.45 Disruption of marketing procedures for products subject to mandatory conformity certification

The sale of products subject to mandatory conformity certification without the indication of the certificate of conformity or the declaration of conformity in the accompanying documentation shall be subject to culpability. An administrative fine of between 20,000 and 40,000 roubles for officials; and between 100,000 and 300 thousand roubles for legal entities.
