Article 14.66: Failure to comply with the requirements for collection boxes, their installation, use and (or) rules for the recovery of assets collected through them

Non-compliance by a non-profit organization whose constituent instrument provides for the right to carry out charitable activities with the requirements for collection boxes of charitable donations and (or) the manner in which they are installed, used, and (or) the rules for the recovery of property collected through a collection box for charitable donations, has the effect of imposing an administrative bar. Apha for officials of between 5,000 and 10,000 rubles; for legal persons between 10,000 and 30,000 rubles.
